Software and Policy Updates coinshop.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, or to update or modify the coinshop.com software, from time to time at its discretion. Export Laws You are responsible for complying with trade regulations and both foreign and domestic laws. You acknowledge that coinshop.com or underlying technology may not be downloaded to or exported or re-exported: (a) into (or to a resident or national of) Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria or any Other country subject to United States embargo; (b) to anyone on the US Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or on the US Commerce Department's Denied Party or Entity List; and (c) you will not export or re-export the Software to any prohibited country, person, end-user or entity specified by US Export Laws. Miscellaneous Provisions coinshop.com will strive to fill all orders 100% for items purchased but due to the nature of the industry there may be times that orders will be short. coinshop.com reserves the right to substitute ordered items for other like valued items (with the user's approval), issue refunds for items that cannot be shipped or backorder unfilled items. coinshop.com takes great care to fill exactly what is ordered but reserves the right to make changes to the items ordered with user approval. All winning bids and store items won on coinshop.com must be checked out and paid 14 days from the date of the auctions closing or store purchase. Any won auctions still in the customer's shopping cart after the 14 day window will be removed for the cart and all winning bids shall be considered forfeit for violation of the coinshop.com checkout policy, user's account will also be restricted. The coinshop.com shopping cart restricts the total of won items in the cart to $2,500. If a customer's shopping cart goes over $2,500 the users account will be bid restricted until the shopping cart has been completely checked out. Coinshop.com reserves the right to fill over due checked out orders at our discretion. Coinshop.com reserves the right to modify, remove, add or delete any auction or store item available for sale at any time for any reason. We strive to ensure the accuracy of our inventory, but occasionaly will need to modify auction listings to reflect accurate inventory. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of Idaho or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
